goteio.co.uk is operated by TEIO LTD, trading as GoTeio, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15429086). Registered office: 91 Manor Road, Queenborough, ME11 5LX, England. Email: goteio.uk@gmail.com.
2. These terms
These terms apply to orders placed on goteio.co.uk by consumers. Please read them, together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, before you order.
3. Your order
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description, we will tell you and will not charge you (or will refund you in full).
4. Products
We describe products as accurately as we can. Images are for illustration, and small differences in colour or packaging may occur.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping policy and at checkout.
7. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, and rights if goods are faulty, as explained in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. We supply products for domestic and private use only.
9. Use of our website
You must not misuse our website or try to gain unauthorised access to it. The content of the website, including text, images and the GoTeio name and mascot, belongs to us or our licensors.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on the website when you placed it.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a problem, please email us first so we can try to resolve it.
