Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs
- Travel accessories (packing, tech, comfort, outdoor, camping and beach items): free tracked UK delivery.
- Luggage and bags sent from our UK luggage partner: UK Standard £4.99, or free on orders of £50 and over.
If your order contains items from different groups, you only pay delivery once per order. The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Every product page shows where the item ships from and its estimated delivery time, so you can decide before you buy. As a guide:
- Luggage and bags from our UK warehouse: usually 2–5 working days.
- Accessories from UK partner warehouses: usually 3–6 working days.
- Items from our overseas warehouse: usually 5–14 working days, depending on the item (shown on the product page).
These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details.
Orders in more than one parcel
Items may be sent from different warehouses and arrive separately, on different days.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived by the end of the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please email us at goteio.uk@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
